We provide a bulk billing service with highly qualified practitioners.

Bulk billing is available to individuals with a Health Care Card (or those that can demonstrate financial hardship). Individuals without a Health Care Card are charged the minimum ‘gap’ of $19.80. Medicare claims can be made on premises via EFTPOS.

We employ only practitioners that are full members of the APS (MAPS). This means patients can look up their psychologist on the APS website to examine their qualifications, current registration, and whether the psychologist has been subject to disciplinary action. Patients can have peace of mind they are being treated by a psychologist with up-to-date training and have safeguards to protect their rights. Our experienced clinical psychologists have full indemnity insurance.

Our phones are always answered in business hours by our full time administration staff. Bookings can be made immediately and easily over the phone by G.P.’s and patients. Not only do our patients receive the highest quality clinical services, making appointments and medicare processing is quick and easy. You will not have to leave a message on an answering machine and have to wait to be called back.
